Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at jeremyscole525@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Seventh Day Cycling takes its name from the Sabbath nature of spending quiet time with God alone and/or Christian fellowship with others while cycling. It’s soul rest and recharge through our bodies in motion on bikes.

If you have your own that is ideal, but if you need to borrow one please let us know and we'll try help.

Please wear comfortable clothing with a bright colored shirt, close toed shoes, and helmet.

Bring a snack if you like and one bottle of water for every hour you expect to ride (especially in the warmer months).

Bike lights required for evening rides and riding at dawn.

Ride durations vary. We will also do our best to accommodate every level of rider. Most of our group rides will be in the downtown St. Marys area in which we are never far from our starting point if you choose to cut your ride early.

Absolutely not. We do however pray before every ride and through Christian fellowship on bikes we aim to plant seeds of Jesus' transforming love in every rider.
